WAY too much focus is put on the "bright shiny objects" and nowhere near enough appreciation for the talent of the people running the gear. Don't hire us for our fancy equipment that anyone can buy; hire us for the talent, passion, commitment, and skill of our people. REMEMBER - Just because Sweetwater put it on sale, doesn't mean someone knows how to use it.
